Sim Video’s flagship office is located in the heart of Toronto’s production community in the flourishing neighborhood of Liberty Village. The facility boasts a 33,000 sq. ft. space which houses digital camera and post equipment rental departments as well as corporate and administrative offices. The vast space offers ample equipment storage and technical maintenance areas, spacious private camera test bays, secured lockers for after-hours equipment pick-up / drop-off, in-house editing suites and production office space with 24/7 client access. All offices, edit suites and client areas are equipped with internet access.

The office is centrally located with quick and easy access to and from many of the major highways via the Gardiner Expressway. The GO Train (Lakeshore Line) and TTC also offer convenient nearby drop points for anyone traveling by public transit

Since 1991, Sim Video has been providing the Vancouver production community with the same quality production equipment and outstanding service that our flagship office was built upon. While the office carries an impressive inventory of the latest digital camera and post production equipment rentals, Sim Video Vancouver is also considered to be the leading provider of 24/30 frame video and computer playback systems and services in British Columbia.

In April 2009, Sim Video moved our Vancouver office to a bigger and better 11,000 sq. ft. space in nearby Burnaby to accommodate our growing inventory and to better service our growing list of west coast clients. Located on Lougheed Highway, our office is situated amongst three of Vancouver’s largest studio production lots and provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients picking up or working on site. The facility holds two dedicated camera prep rooms and a 2000 sq. ft. common prep area, secured lockers for after-hours pick up/drop off, dock and grade level loading areas and a large conference room for production meetings. The space will be further configured to hold up to 6 in-house edit suites and production office space allowing 24/7 client access. All offices, edit suites and client areas are equipped with internet access.

In 1999, Sim Video opened Sim Video Los Angeles, its US headquarters, in the heart of Hollywood. In 2003, the Los Angeles office moved to its current 10,000 sq. ft. facility where they now hold one of LA’s most extensive inventories of digital cinematography and post production equipment rentals. The office features a welcoming reception area, ground level loading, spacious meeting rooms and 3 camera test bays designed to meet the needs of Hollywood producers. The second floor holds a wealth of private in-house edit suites that can also be configured into production offices for clients who solely require a comfortable working space. All offices, edit suites and client areas are equipped with internet access.
